Inside the Villa

The large combined dining room and lounge, is comfortably furnished with two gas fires and a wood-burning fire for cooler weather. There is satellite television, a CD and tape/radio, and a small library of books and children's toys. Double patio doors lead out to a shady covered terrace and sunny patio, ideal for al fresco dining.

It has three bedrooms - one double en suite and a further two twin bedded rooms plus an additional family bathroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobe space. The en-suite bedroom has a door leading to the patio and garden.

The kitchen is well equipped with marble work surfaces, an electric oven and 4 ring gas hob, electric extractor fan, a large fridge/freezer and microwave/grill.

The utility room houses the washing machine and dishwasher, an iron and board and a couple of beach sun umbrellas for your use. Outside the kitchen door, in the porch, is an additional shower, ideal for washing away sand after trips to the beach.

The pool by day and night

A sunny, spacious, tiled patio surrounds the large private L-shaped swimming pool. The length of the pool is 10 metres. The width is 7 metres at the shallow end and 4 metres at the deep end but is not suitable for diving. The pool is gently graduated to a maximum depth of 2.5 metres.

Wide tiled steps lead into the shallow end which is 1 metre deep for children or non swimmers. A further outside shower is located in the garden for use before swimming.

The patio and upper terrace

A secluded flower covered terrace situated directly above the en-suite bedroom and overlooks the pool is reached by an outside stairway and is ideal for private sunbathing.

The colourful, Mediterranean-style garden has outside lighting with garden furniture and sun-beds and a built in pool-side bbq.
